Mary had a little discussion about race portrayals in porn

After the previous doujin by the same group me and FUKE released last January, here comes another chapter in the "Childhood Destruction" series by Turtle.Fish.Paint— and this also marks the first release of our newest addition to the family, as the translation has been provided by our resident slave unpaid intern homme à tout faire, translator and cucumber man AKA Cucumis Sativus! (I affectionately call him Gherkin. Or "You, boy, fetch me another bottle of wine before I whip you" from time to time.) A round of applause for the man!
Another wolf this time, with a creative reinterpretation of Grimm's "The Wolf and the Seven Young Kids". Goat meat looks tasty~

Yes, we got beaten to the punch by another translator. I'm not going to make a fuss about it, and given all the work we both put into this, we still decided to release it (and by the time the other translation was posted, I was 3/4 of the way in the edit, and the script was done, so it would have been a waste). Enjoy the spreads, at least!

Liked this? You can check another work of theirs we released in the past— and watch this space, because we might revisit them once again.

If you're curious about the title of the post, head past the break and read on.

See, sometimes (read: most of the time) I can be a pain in the arse to work with. Depending on the translator I'm working with, I poke and prod about the scripts they provide me. "How come you've chosen X here?" "What do you think about having this line here as Y?". I usually manage to only get so far before the translators in question start to get antsy and regret ever deciding to work with me, so I draw a line and don't get further, but not with Cucumis here. He's either afraid I will skin him and feed him to the crocodiles I keep in the moat (legitimate fear, I might add), or he simply has the patience of a saint. The poor sod has been listening and replying to every single comment I made on every line on the script. One of the lines is the reason why this post has such a strange title.

On page 008 of the first draft, there was a line which I found pretty disturbing, and I promptly made sure to annoy the hell out of him to understand what was going on.

I don't think it needs to be spelled out, but I'm referring to the fact that black (goat-) women are, supposedly, genetically sluts. Gratuitous racism outta nowhere. Before we go on, I'd like to make it clear— the line's like that in the original, that's not something Cucumis Sativus pulled out of thin air.

I immediately proceeded to make a fuss. "Can we change that?" "Can we just ditch that part?" "No, but seriously, can we get rid of it?" Because yes, I'm so thin-skinned that racially-charged comments thrown randomly like that make my skin crawl. Back when I was working with FUKE, we spoke about these kinda things often (actually we still do— dude retired, he ain't dead) but anyway, I bored him to dead about how I find the chauvinism so common in hentai so off-putting, or the general racial profiling where every character of a non "generic" ethnicity is pretty much always cast in a villainous role.

Because, yes, I spend hours on a story of a wolf-man banging a bunch of cloven-hoofed goat-women and I take issue with the author (or whomever translated this into Japanese) throwing in a comment about skin color. I'm weird like that.

    1. As odd as it is, I've tested the link just now and found it working on both IE and Firefox, and on the mobile version of Chrome. The desktop version of Chrome though cannot open the page, and I have no idea why.

I currently do not have my MEGA credentials handy, otherwise I'd add an alternative link right away. In the meantime, copy and paste the link into another browser and you should, hopefully, be able to download the file.

The gallery is still available but, due to the nature of the content, access to it requires a free registration to e-hentai.org.
